Dr. Robert M. Taylor III

Dr. Robert M. Taylor III

Dr. Robert M. Taylor III grew up in a small Michigan town on Lake Huron. Born into a line of dentists, it was only natural that he would develop his own interest in the profession. He takes a conservative approach to dental treatment, specializing in treatments that address damage or decay in the tooth while sparing as much of the structure as possible. The goal is to create a healthier, more striking smile that lasts.

Dr. Taylor has lived in the Bay City area since 2005, serving the community's dental health needs at his private practice. Thanks to his passionate pursuit of new treatments and techniques, he has been able to expand his list of available services over the years, ensuring that more people can enjoy high-quality care and improved oral health.

Education and Training

Dr. Taylor received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Hope College before going on to receive his doctorate in dental surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy. Since beginning his private practice, he has continued to study the latest advancements in dentistry.

In addition to his university background, Dr. Taylor is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Michigan Dental Association, and the Saginaw Valley District Dental Society.

Specialties and Expertise

Dr. Taylor takes a personalized, thoughtful approach to each treatment, addressing damage or decay while sparing as much of the healthy teeth and gums as possible. Through his research into implant treatments, he has developed his own less invasive process for full-mouth reconstruction with implant-supported dentures.
